What is the best way to finance the purchase of a storage units facility?
I’d like to buy or build something like Public Storage. What’s the best way to know where to build, find the land (or existing storage facility) and finance the purchase?

Do your research on the locations of other storage units in your area and also figure out what the demand is for public storage. You will need to come up with a business plan and then pitch it the a bank and see if they will lend you the money to finance it. If they deny you, revise your financial plan and try again. One way or another, if the bank is going to make a profit off of your investment, they will lend. You just have to show them that they will.
