Here is some useless trive.
I remember this well. CNBC was on the air and there wasn’t enough revenue to keep CNBC and FNN on the air. FNN merged with CNBC and if the merger didn’t take place CNBC was to be shut down.

The anchor who was hosting it is still on CNBC & he’s been at both FNN & CNBC from the beginning, too.
