Although this magazine is definitely not for casual home cook or culinary designed, this is a really excellent source of information for the production of insiders. As owner / operator I for cooking profit for the year and find that each issue some information, which includes work directly related to a particular project or problem now subscribed.
A Note encourage Cooking economy and promote equipment of gas for cooking. But since my kitchen is nearly full gas, I find it very informative on the latest developments in gas technology to study. This is a tech-heavy Mag. . many devices reviews, etc., but every problem is with its many restaurants, profiles and other useful tips and suggestions.
Also this magazine is for professionals. Do not waste your time if you’re in the business or someone trying to get in (this is a great resource for students). If you’re in business, it is definitely worth reading!

If you have a restaurant, this magazine is useless. I did it to me thought I would include personal chefs, but that is all about applences gas. Pass, it’s too boring.
