What are the best colleges for music business?
The question’s self-explanatory.
But on a side note:
-Is it better to go for straight-up music business or go for regular business and later incorporate music into it? Or basically major in business and minor in music?
-Do most colleges require students applying to major in music business to audition? I know Berklee does.
-Eh, I’ve run out of questions for now.

I can’t say I know from personal experience, but one of my good friends is attending Belmont University for music business. It’s a fantastic school for the major and it offers a well rounded liberal arts education so it looks really great on a resume. They are one of the few schools that doesn’t incorporate their music business students in with the regular business students, the music business students attend their own college on campus called the Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business. The school is located in Nashville, TN (Music City) which is what makes it such a great school for music business majors.
The course you take to get there I would say is really up to you. Sometimes having a degree in business and a second degree in music business can really look good, but if you want a job in the business right away, then you might just want to get the music business degree. Do your research ahead of time. There are tons of people you can talk to at any college that will give you great information.

Attend a prestigious university and major in something useful like Business/Marketing, Economics, Law, Engineering, or Finance.
