  • I’m in AIESEC korea!!! glad to hear AIESEC in this video!
    change management , impressive :)

  • Many a co & corp are now in question. In a world of disinformation, in a world of modern biological weaponry, in a world of pharmaceuticals & showing up in film industry? passion?
Passion is within all yet not tapped into. Noone knows what their jobs assembly line style end up in as a product. A better life immersed in chemicals, poisons? A few corporate interest’ hold is a moral issue of questioning self. Deliver me a msg of newer ideas & for jobs & co. than what is now the escalating trend ok

Glad you enjoy the videos. I just think it courteous to try to reply if I can, as I would to an e-mail. It is interesting to hear people’s own thoughts and insights. But with almost 12 million users of my various sites I only manage to reply to some. Patrick

  • Patrick, everything you are saying in your videos makes sense and things I have listened to I am fully in support with. Partly because I experienced it in my own leadership experience over the past years. One thing I noticed is that you reply to people’s comments. Why? What’s your rationale? Wouldn’t a “regular youtuber” just not care about them, particularly when there are so many?

  • Yes – leadership styles vary but passion matters. Patrick Dixon

  • Thanks – glad you liked this management video. Patrick

“why do we go on and on about it?” (Shareholder value, etc…) I HAVE NO IDEA!!! But you’re right…that is what we hear! Food for thought

  • GIFT says:

Well companies are finding that if they are unkind and unsympathetic to their customers they get flamed with negative comments online and elsewhere with big damage to their brands…. and they also lose staff, as people don’t want to work for nasty companies.

  • This video is a breath of fresh air. If only company could regain their human tough things would be better.

However if everyone was this nice to customers what would happen? would profits remain the same, maybe, but at least people get on better.

  • Thanks for your kind comments on the change management video. Change management is really about using common sense but some have tried to turn it into the latest management fad. Patrick Dixon

  • I heard a lot of change management – on e more new fashion… I **** it. But you make it sound human, so thank you!
