I have used a credit card clear dept salution service . some crediters worked with us and some didn’t we still got sued . some were very rude and were very disunderstanding or not careing .

juneride, you are 100% right! You forgot to then organize into a bank, loan yourself money, default and apply for more bailout money. Start up a ponzi scheme but sell it to a sucker and get out before anyone finds out.

I disagree. You have to borrow as much as you can. Pull all the equity out of your house. Spend everything on gold and stash it. Then yell: I’m a victim, bail me out.

I have a friend that is an auto dealer and has access to the local auctions. Last night was cold here so not many people were there to bid up the cars. I told him I would like an SUV or full sized coupe so he could make the decision of what to get.
He picked up a ‘07 Impala with low miles for $6100. Should I pay with a check or with the cash I have under my mattress? He wants it today.
I am debt free otherwise.
