no win no fee

At first glance, it is hard to understand what NO WIN NO FEE really mean. It is not a term you encounter everyday.

No Win No Fee is an agreement originated from United Kingdom which allows the less fortunate to gain advantage in times of accident. This agreement is between a law firm and their clients who are not qualify for legal aid. It enables the lawyer to take on a case knowing that if he lose the case, his clients will not pay for any legal costs. However, if they win, the lawyer is entitled for a standard fee plus a success fee which eventually turns out as the downside of the said agreement.

All legal costs are shouldered by either the insurance you already hold or an “After the Event” insurance obtained through your accident solicitors. Either way, no win no fee is a total win-win situation.

How to report financial aid office of a college to the department of education?

I have been discriminated by the financial aid of my college. I plan to report them to the department of education or sue them by my lawyer or/and report them to one of the TV news. My question is if I want to report them to the department of education, how will I do that? What procedure do I need to follow? Can I sue them after I report them to the department of education? This is serious and I will not appreciate stupid/nonsense answer. This is serious and I don’t appreciate joke/stupid/nonsense answer.
