During that time, I heard nothing but bad reports on the news. Never once heard any good news. I figured I would be lucky if I broke even. Well, it’s going for 128% of what I bought it for. That’s a greater jump than the one I had from 2003-2005, the went for 126% of the original value after 2 years and 1 day. That was during the “Bubble”.

Is the news full of **** or what? The only reason I decided to put it up for sale instead of renting it out is that I figured it wouldn’t be worth the effort of maintaining it and keeping renters happy (with no increase in value).
Interesting. This is Utah. We’re usually behind the rest of the world on everything.
